The lucky number is any number in a set of positive integers that has survived the sieving process. The sieving process is a rule that eliminates a number from the list repeatedly.

Consider the set of integers from 1 to 100. This list goes on as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, etc up to 100. Now, the sieving process starts.
